Day Use
Below are the standard rental rates, please contact us to discuss any special arrangements or requests. The rental fee allows us to cover operating and maintenance of the site and provide time for your group to be on site privately with no other programs or events.
Rates
$350 per hour (2 hours minimum)
$2500 per day
Site Rental Preview Tour
We encourage interested parties to come for a site visit in advance. You can attend an Open House or schedule a one hour "Site Rental Preview Tour" for $50. This will be deducted from your final invoice should you decide to book the space.
Scheduling
CalEarth is available for photo/film shoots when there are no other activities scheduled on campus. Please provide multiple days if possible as team member availability varies based on programming. The site can be made available to your team from sunrise to sunset--There is not adequate lighting on campus for evening shoots but arrangements can be made if your team is bringing in lighting. Please contact us to discuss.
Available Spaces
-Access to all interior/exterior of CalEarth buildings (map below)
Event Support
-Welcome/site overview by a staff member who is available throughout the day of the event
-Access to full kitchen/restrooms in for set up, team meals, changing area
-Limited WiFi access (if you plan to livestream we highly recommend bringing a hot spot. The signal on the site is spotty and the thickness of the earthen walls makes it difficult to get consistent signal)
